Apricot Nut Nutmeg Bread

Judy asked me to make an Apricot nut bread. I kept thinking about it and Nutmeg with cashews. We had a wonderful customer that tried it and asked if she could get a loaf with pecans. I brought it to the Rockmart Famers market and sold out. It was a month before Judy, and I got try it for ourselves. A cup of Cashews and Apricots. King Arthur Flour, Bee Haven honey, Sea Salt and a Star is Born! Ok maybe Some Tasty Bread was born.

Cranberry Walnut Bread

I wanted call this Cranberry Crack but the powers that be(“My Judy,”) persuaded to name it Honey Cranberry Cinnamon Walnut Bread. Try fitting that on a label! So, we agreed on Cranberry Walnut bread. King Arthur White flour, Bee Haven Honey, Cinnamon, Walnuts, butter, sea salt.
My favorites for this one is, toasted with butter and cinnamon sugar, Tuna fish sandwich. You feel like you are at some swanky deli. Our friend told us he made French toast out Cranberry Crack! It keeps on selling out, so I have not tried that one yet but sounds yummy.

Rum Cake

Judy has been making this rum cake since before we married. It is absolutely divine! I always eat from the bottom up because the top is where all the most butter rum glaze is. Walnuts galore! It is beautiful just like my Wife.

Honey Rye Bread

I love a good rye bread. This is the most aromatic bread we make. Real Caraway seeds, Bee Haven Honey and real Rye flour make Honey Rye Bread awesome! Make a Rueben, Tuna fish, Ham & Swiss.. This classic rye will not disappoint.

Honey White Bread

Our Honey White Bread uses only the best ingredients, King Arthur bread flour, Bee Haven local honey, butter, sea salt and absolutely no cane sugar. It makes one heck of a grilled cheese, tuna fish or any good lunch meat sandwich. It is also double the size of a “store bought,” bread.

Honey Wheat Bread

Our Honey Wheat Bread uses only the best ingredients, King Arthur Wheat flour, Bee Haven local honey, butter and sea salt. Light and fluffy but still tasty as all good things are. Again still twice the size of a “store bought,” loaf of bread. Pair this with pastrami, ham, roast beef or just about any lunch meat and you will have a happy tummy!

Sourdough Bread

Sourdough Bread uses our own secret Homemade sourdough starter. King Arthur Wheat flour, butter, sea salt and sugar. This the only bread we make that does use Bee Haven Honey. The Sweet of the Honey and the sourdough flavor did not work well together. Forgive us bees. This makes the best grilled cheese you have ever tasted. Nice extra sharp cheddar cheese and your tongue will be doing its happy dance! Also great for dipping in over easy fried eggs. Now you made me hungry!
